What does the Price attribute use?
The average price across all of a product's variants, as set in Shopify.
Can I boost higher-priced or lower-priced products?
Either. Set Min and Max so the price band you want earns the most points, or use two instances in a managed collection such as 'Price greater than $20' and 'Price less than $100' to select a range.
Does Price reflect discounts?
Price is the current selling price. The original pre-discount price is a separate attribute, Compare At Price, and On Sale flags products where the two differ.
