Can I boost or demote products by tag?
Yes. Add the attribute with a positive weight to promote products carrying a tag such as 'featured', or a negative weight to demote a tag such as 'clearance'.
Can a tag drive a managed collection?
Yes. 'Product Tag contains promo' as a managed collection condition keeps the collection in sync with your tagging, optionally ranked by a recipe and capped at the top N products.
